These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ah99 ("ah99," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ah99 online gaming platform, including all games, features, payment services, and support channels available at ah99.one and any associated mobile interfaces.

If ah99 discovers at any time that you do not meet these requirements, your account will be suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in the account may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable regulations.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

You agree to:

• Notify ah99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

ah99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. However, if you report a security breach promptly and cooperate with our investigation, we will take all reasonable steps to protect your account and funds.

All financial transactions on the ah99 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ah99 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ah99 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the ah99 payments team. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. ah99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

You agree that all funds deposited into your ah99 account are for the purpose of gaming on the platform and not for any other purpose, including money laundering or financial fraud. ah99 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

ah99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ah99's control.

ah99 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ah99 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. ah99 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one ah99 account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through systematic wagering patterns designed to extract value without genuine gaming intent, or claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or other competitive formats.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the ah99 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider after depositing funds into your ah99 account.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ah99 staff, live dealers, or other players.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another player's account, or attempting to breach the security of the ah99 platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ah99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ah99 content without prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ah99 content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ah99 software
• Use any ah99 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner not expressly authorized

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ah99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ah99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to technical errors, connectivity issues, or platform downtime
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to maintain credential security
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected by ah99 in accordance with these Terms

ah99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ah99 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ah99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Either you or ah99 may terminate your account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Termination by You: You may close your ah99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. ah99 will process your final withdrawal within the standard processing timeframe. Accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements may have those bonuses voided upon closure.

Termination by ah99: ah99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• ah99 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive
• ah99 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account
• You have failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in ah99's dormant account policy

Upon termination for cause, ah99 reserves the right to withhold any funds in your account pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any withheld funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
